Things with Wings at Top Tip Tuesday

Hey all its Tuesday again and we have a new challenge for you!
at Top Tip Tuesday Challenge and its a lovely theme hosted by Annette this time, she has chosen the theme Things with Wings
and she has also got an AWESOME tutorial for you too!

For my card I am having Printer problems so I have reverted to playing with distress inks and ink techniques

I have squished 3 colours of ink onto my messy mat
Then squashed my stamp into it then stamped it 2 times.
On the 1st layer I have left plain just the image and on the 2nd one I stamped the sentiment, I think cut the sentiment out and embossed the edges.

I have then cut the papers and embossed them also, added faux stitching, added some ribbon tabs and gems and a button with twine, Here's the back with my scraps

Here are some challenges I am playing along with:

Stamp man - butterflies/Birds/bees
Amusing Challenges – Twine
Fashionable Stamping Challenges – shades of Autumn/fall
Gingerloft - Stitching (Real or Faux) +DT Call
Joanna Sheen Challenge - Down in the Garden
Sketchy Colors - Colours: Orange, Brown, White
Stamptacular Sunday - Photo Inspiration

Have a great day and hope you can stay dry and warm
and don't forget to come and join us at

hugs me x
