N for Not a card

Good Morning everyone! Well its time for a new ABC Christmas Challenge and its another fun one for you! This challenge we have Wilma hosting and the challenge theme is N for NOT a card!
SO that is as it sounds NO cards anything else Christmas is what we want to see this time.
I have been naughty at ABC Christmas and Hijacked Wilma's post but its to announce that the awesome crafter Jennifer is joining our fabulous team! I am so proud to have her join our team! So please pop over and say hi and welcome her thanks xx
SO then to the challenge: N for Not a card
Our sponsors are: Simon Says Stamp
Simon Says Stamp
and
And we are lucky to have 2 guest designers too!
Now I had a little problem call Ribbon off cuts,
Ekkk!
These need a home and need to be tidy!

So I decided to make some storage from something that would normally be recycled in the curb side collection box. And here is my creation, It is a Christmas Ribbon storage tin. Here's what it started life as a Acquerello Riso tin, we got this rice a month or so ago just to see what all the fuss was about and well I wanted the tin thehehehe :0)

I have recycled it and wanted to make some sort of storage with it! I am using Barry Stockings I love this image and have used him a few times before and love colouring him in grey/black his nose is done in black sakura gloss pen, the image is all in distress inks and then I stamped the snowflakes with Adirondack snow cap, and the other snowflakes are in walnut stain distress ink on Kraft. the dark brown is Kraft with walnut stain and then the snow cap stamped snowflakes once dry.
Here you can see the top a little better and I have used a fabulous freebie sentiment you can grab from Annette thanks hunny LOVE those! and now all my off cuts are safely tucked inside :0)
Being the lid is plastic I have been able to stick some pins in and add some jingle bells and some other bits and bobs the Tin is now full of Christmas ribbon off cuts.
Here are some challenges I am entering:
