Pile It On - Mix your scales

Good Sunday morning all!

Well its time for a Pile it on Challenge and its an interesting one this time! the Challenge is called Mix your Scales and this simply means use a small scale pattern and a big scale pattern on the project.
as you can see I have 3 papers the hot pink background paper is Large spots, the dusky purple has medium spots and the 2 panels under the doily layer are mini spots.

I have used a Hero Arts Cupcake stamp to compliment the bunting and Ticket images which are digi images from Jellypark Friends because they are our sponsor this time. I have used distress markers to colour direct onto the image and also a water brush for shading, I think added some stickles to the cupcake and glossy accents to the cherry, a little vintage photo distressing. I printed onto the 3 different papers for the bunting and then cut those out and attached to the ribbon and added some more stickles thehhehe you can’t have to much stickles… Lastly I wanted to add some card candy but they were a bit small and looked odd against the huge spots of the backing paper so I made my own Jumbo candy… from the spotty medium dotty papers. And scary as it seems to me the only reason it's pink is to use up the pink paper I had to buy for lasts weeks totally gorjuss challenge and then never used lol

The Challenges I am playing are:

Pile It On - Mix your scales
Bunny Zoe - Anything goes
Stamp and Create - One for the ladies
Glitter Geeks - Polka Dots

Hope you can come join us and have a good Sunday
and don't forget to visit my team mates for more fabby inspiration.
